Thoughts of Akili

It is my duty to share my point of view with the world, to spark brain cells and build a momentum for change. One man can make a difference. May we all ascend to Godly heights, in the name of the Most High. Amen.

Thought Quality

I've been pondering my existence lately, and here is what I understand thus far:

The universe is creative, and corresponds with mental energy. There is an exact correlation between the quality of one's thoughts, and the quality of one's life. I have determined this to be true using empirical research. When I think happy thoughts, bullshit doesn't bother me. When I think sad thoughts, bullshit messes with me all day long. I realize that positive thinking doesn't stop bullshit from happening; but it does shield me from self-sabotage so that I can move forward in a constructive manner. As the saying goes, "shit happens”-- and it happens regardless of whether a person is naughty or nice. However, thoughts are like the immune system. If thought quality is poor, it cannot defend against spiritual, mental and emotional ailments. If thought quality is strong and pure, it can fend off any viral attack.

What's going on with your thoughts? Are you making this world a better place, or are you just adding to the chaos?

One (wo)man can make a difference! It happens slowly and steadily, one thought at a time.

I do not tend to like reading blogs of your sort but I must say I enjoyed what you had to say about making your own reality by positive thinking. If you haven’t come across HeartMath before I heartily recommend them. They can be found at heartmath.com.
